Apex Legends heads to Steam in November alongside Season 7 - pantojalaire1961
Free-to-play battle royale shooter Peak Legends is officially heading to Steam on November 4 alongside Mollify 7, Ea and Respawn Entertainment have announced.
The announcement came via a Steamer news post, which confirms that if you've already been playing on Ea Origin/EA Desktop Client you can alternate back and forth seamlessly, with all your advancement and unlocks carrying between the two ecosystems. Steamer players will too exist able to title some exclusive weapon charms, pictured below, for logging into the game happening Steam during Season 7.
There's also been an update happening the game's Electrical switch port, which was also unconcealed at the same time every bit the Steam version back in June of this year. Alas, information technology seems to have been slighly delayed and is being pushed into 2021, with a news put up from game director Chadic language Grenier on the Apex of the sun's way Legends website that reads "We're even sticky at work on the port, but ready to do justice to the game and pull round into the heavy experience Switch players deserve, our team needs more clock. This year has brought along unexpected new challenges, to put IT mildly, and we don't want to rush along anything out."
However, when the Switch port does land, Grenier promises that it will include cross-platform play too as "full feature parity" with the some other consoles. Apex Legends is currently available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC via EA Origin/EA Desktop Client and is in the midst of this year's Fight or Fright event.
